How It Works
1. Let’s Chat
We’ll start with an introductory call to discuss your goals, your business, and what you’re hoping to achieve with your new website.
2. Proposal & Booking
I’ll take the notes from our initial chat and send through a full proposal of what I think you need from the website in terms of layout, colour schemes, calls to actions. From there I’ll recommend the best package for your needs, along with a full quote. At this point, if you want to discuss any extras we can always slot these in after!
3. Getting Ready
Before the project begins, I’ll ask you to share your website content — copy, photos, logos, and any brand assets you’d like included. I can also provide a helpful content guide to make this part easy.
4. Design & Review
I’ll design your initial pages and share them with you for feedback. We’ll refine the look and feel together to make sure everything aligns perfectly with your vision.
5. Launch Time
Once you’re completely happy, we’ll launch your new site! You’ll receive full training via Zoom and a set of easy-to-follow cheat sheets to help you update your site confidently.
6. Post-Launch Support
I offer one month of free support after launch to help with any questions or small tweaks. If you’d like ongoing help beyond that, I also offer flexible half-day or full-day support options.
