“I asked Zillah to create a website for my business, as I was in dire need of one but, with no experience of designing or managing a website myself, I had no idea where to start.

Working with what I now realise was quite a light brief, all throughout the design process Zillah was thorough and attentive, responding quickly to all of my questions and comments and volunteering lots of helpful suggestions to ensure the site looked and functioned as effectively as possible. Once the site was finished, Zillah even created a series of step-by-step guides to help me keep on top of pages that would need regular updates, such as a page listing a constantly growing events schedule. As someone who isn’t at all tech-savvy, I found these incredibly helpful, and I’m now seamlessly managing those pages myself.
