Capital Crime Literary Festival approached me for a complete website redesign with a clear goal: attract the right audience, build excitement around the festival, and maximise ticket sales. The new site needed to feel bold and eye-catching while remaining simple and effortless for visitors to use.
The design focuses on strong visuals and clear structure, creating an engaging online presence that reflects the energy of the festival. Intuitive navigation and well-organised event pages make it easy for visitors to explore the programme, discover authors and quickly find the information they need.
A fully integrated e-commerce system was built using the professional ticketing platform Ticket Tailor, providing a seamless and secure booking experience for customers. This also allows the festival team to easily manage ticket sales, inventory and event capacity through a reliable, user-friendly system.
The result is a vibrant, streamlined website that captures the spirit of the festival, supports ticket sales and gives the team a flexible platform they can confidently manage as the event continues to grow.
