Overview:
The brief was to create an online home for the business that captured the look, feel and personality of the original shop. I used the existing branding, colours and visual style as the starting point, translating the character Jade had created in-store into a cohesive digital experience.
The result is a website that allows JJ’s Bakes to continue online in a way that works around Jade’s time, while still feeling familiar to the customers who already knew and loved the shop.
We had a lot of fun designing the online shop which is easy to navigate for both the consumer and Jade herself. She needs to update the shop page on a regular basis so we’ve designed templates in order to make this less time consuming when she’s updating.
